Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• 200 grams of sliced mushrooms
• 1 cup of cooking cream
• 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Olive oil
Preparation:
• In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chicken breasts. Cook until golden on
both sides.
• Add garlic and mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes.
• Add cream and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer gently until it thickens.
• Serve the chicken with the creamy mushroom sauce on top.
